🚀 Empower Your Feedback Loop with Segmenting Feature Requests!

We're thrilled to share an exciting update that creates a new set of possibilities for your feedback collection process  - Feature Request Segmentation.

What's New?

With this improvement, you will have the ability to control who can submit, display, comment and upvote Feature Requests. The "Suggest a Feature" button is now customizable to appear exclusively for segmented users so that you can tailor and target who can provide you feedback.

Sample Use-Cases:

💡 Premium User Feedback: Offert the submission capability to premium users, creating an exclusive space for your most valued customers to contribute their ideas.
🌐 Hiding Feature Requests from Trials: If you want to share feature requests only with active users, this will solve your request!

How to Set Up:

  1. Navigate to your Feature Request settings.
  2. Access the new segmentation options.
  3. Define the user segments eligible to submit feature requests.

Why It Matters:

🎯 Targeted Feedback: By limiting submissions to specific user segments, you ensure that feature requests align with the priorities of key user groups.

🤝 Enhanced User Engagement: Offering exclusive submission access fosters a sense of importance among segmented users, encouraging more thoughtful and valuable suggestions.

Empower your feedback loop with the precision of segmentation. Now, gather feature requests from the users that matter most and shape the evolution of your product accordingly!
