Good News for You! Brand-New Text Editor 👏

We were receiving a lot of complaints about our current text editor. 🙈 Following the feedback, we've decided to get rid of it. 🎉

Now it's replaced with a consistent, highly extensive, and powerful text editor. We kept all existing features like embeds, code block, labeling, auto-save and implemented emoji tools. Also we have plans to integrate an icon set (FontAwesome), so stay tuned.

Modal Widget We All Have Been Waiting For

We are happy to announce our brand new Modal Widget. It was the most requested widget type in our Feedback/Request list. So at long last, we're able to release it. 🙈

Modal Widget is a simple modal which pops up from the bottom of the webpage. It's a very effective solution to catch visitors' attention and inform them about your product updates and announcements.

You can change the primary colors from the dashboard, but if you need more customization, please check our Styling documentation article.

We're waiting for your suggestions and feedback! 💌

Mention labels inside the post

feature Sometimes all we have an announcement about a few issues in one single post. Some bug fixes, newly released features, and enhancements, etc. We can post them separately, but it doesn't look good always since it just can be only a few words about one minor bug fix. Now you can insert post labels inside the editor and mention about them under the label. Like in this post 🤗

Intercom integration

Here is a nice improvement for you! Save your time with Intercom integration. You can now display AnnounceKit posts inside Intercom messenger widget. Moreover, it works like any other our widget enabling you to collect Feedback and Emoji reactions.

Every time a user asks you a question, they'll also discover all your recent updates.

The usual practice of keeping users notified is to bombard them with pop-up notifications, flashing bars shouting "Click here". Integrating AnnounceKit with Intercom helps to eliminate all the extras and leave one widget only.

Follow our easy steps to install integration:

Step 1: Dashboard ➡️ Settings ➡️ Integrations

Step 2: Go through the authorization process

Step 3: You'll be automatically redirected to Intercom store page

Step 4: Go to Messenger settings ➡️ Add messenger home apps ➡️ Add an app

Step 5: Choose AnnounceKit and then save

A voila! Your updates posts automatically displayed inside Intercom widget.

👉 Go to your dashboard!
