A launcher is a small element placed on your webpage to notify your users about new announcements. When your users click the launcher, your widget will appear.
It gives your visitors an extra incentive to see your announcements. By visually showcasing the number of posts that a user hasn't yet read, you can create a sense of urgency for users in connection with your app.
AnnounceKit Launchers
AnnounceKit allows you to create launchers for any announcement that has not been viewed yet. Here are five different launcher types:
- Badge
- Float
- Drawer
- Line
- Custom Implementation
For all launcher settings (except for Line Launcher), you'll have a small, customizable circle that displays the number of posts the user has not read.

You can also customize your launchers as you wish. You can change:
- The badge to smaller badge without an unread number indicator
- The color of the badge
- The visibility of the badge after all read
- The position of your badges
