How to create a segment — step by step
If you prefer a written walkthrough, follow these steps:
- Go to Audience in the left navigation of your AnnounceKit dashboard.
- Use the Filter options to narrow down your audience by attributes such as user ID, plan, country, or custom properties.
- Once your filter is configured, click Save as Segment and give it a name.
- Your new segment will now be available when targeting announcements or setting up notifications.
