The AnnounceKit Knowledge Base turns your changelog page into a full help centre, so your customers can find their own answers instead of writing to you. It uses your domain, your branding, and sits alongside the updates you already publish.
In this article, we will go through what the Knowledge Base gives you and where it appears.
1) One page, four things
Your public page can carry your Changelog, Roadmap, Feature Requests and Knowledge Base, each as its own tab. Visitors move between them without leaving your site or seeing a different brand.
That matters because your customers already come to your changelog to find out what changed. Answering how they actually use it in the same place is a short step for them, and a lot less support email for you.
2) Search, and answers from search
Visitors can search your whole Knowledge Base from the top of the page. You can also switch on AI answers, which reads your published articles and answers the question directly rather than only listing results.
3) You can see what people are looking for
The Analytics page shows views, whether readers marked an article helpful, how many searches ran, and how many of those searches found nothing.
That last number is the useful one. A search that returns nothing is a customer telling you which article you have not written yet.
4) Getting started
See How to set up your Knowledge Base for the two things that need to be in place before it appears.
