What is NPS?  

NPS is a metric that uses customers’ likelihood to recommend a product, service, or organisation as a score for your customer experience. As such, it helps you to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction. 

It is based on a single survey question, along the lines of: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our business to a friend or colleague?” 

• 6 or lower: "Detractors"
• 7 or 8: "Passives"
• 9 or 10: "Promoters"

The formula to calculate NPS is the following: Total % of promoters – total % of detractors = NPS.

1. NPS translates a myriad of confusing metrics into a single measure, a single metric of customer experience success that is relevant for the entire organisation.

Generate a link. To participate you simply need to login to AnnounceKit and click on the Gift Icon in the top right corner to generate your unique link.

Share it. Once you have the link, you can copy & share via your preferred distribution channel. Share it with your friends, in Slack groups, on LinkedIn, or place it in your bio on Instagram and TikTok.

Track the status. When you click on the Gift Icon, you can track the status of your referral(s). 

Earn rewards. The person who clicks on your link can sign up for a free 15-day trial of AnnounceKit. If they subscribe to one of our plans, then you will be rewarded for it. You will be notified once someone views your link or becomes a customer. Your rewards will be displayed in your referral widget & automatically transferred to your Paypal account every month.

No. It is valid forever.

Is there a time limit for my referees to convert into customers?

No, even if they will only become customers after months, it will still count as your referral.

How do I get paid?

➿ With this new improvement, you can easily highlight that you are collecting feature requests. We hope that this will boost the amount of feedback you receive, increase user engagement, and strengthen your community. 

We’re adding two options to the widget configuration settings to make Feature Requests even better. Now, you can create separate widgets and use one of them to collect feature requests! 

➡ Public Feature Request: The widget will display the Feature Request List when your users click on it. They will be able to see the other requests and upvote & comment on them.

➡ Suggest Feature Form: The widget will open with the "Suggest a Feature Request Form" so that you can encourage them to share some feedback with you.
