NPS by AnnounceKit: Beta is live

We're thrilled to announce that the beta version of NPS by AnnounceKit is officially live for all customers! With NPS by AnnounceKit, measuring customer loyalty & satisfaction and gathering feedback will become a breeze.

Before using NPS by AnnounceKit

After using NPS by AnnounceKit

What is NPS?

NPS is a metric that uses customers’ likelihood to recommend a product, service, or organisation as a score for your customer experience. As such, it helps you to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

It is based on a single survey question, along the lines of: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our business to a friend or colleague?”

  • 6 or lower: "Detractors"
  • 7 or 8: "Passives"
  • 9 or 10: "Promoters"

The formula to calculate NPS is the following: Total % of promoters – total % of detractors = NPS.

Why NPS?

  1. NPS translates a myriad of confusing metrics into a single measure, a single metric of customer experience success that is relevant for the entire organisation.
  2. NPS is based on a single survey question, which makes it easy & quick for customers and users to respond and share their feedback.

How can you benefit from NPS by AnnounceKit?

Very quick & easy to implement

As always, minimum effort is required from your side. You do not need to code anything in order to display the NPS question to your users; you can do it within a few clicks. If you're already using our widget, you're all set! No additional setup is required. Start gathering valuable feedback from your users directly within your AnnounceKit account.

Seamless integration with your AnnounceKit account

All of the responses come back into your AnnounceKit account. The analytics dashboard will help you make sense of the data and draw insights & conclusions.

Maximum flexibility thanks to advanced customization

  • Customize NPS questions to suit your needs
  • Opt to show or hide the "What is the reason for your score?" prompt
  • Choose interaction options, such as "Until users close it," "Until users submit a response," "Only once," or "Even if users do nothing"
  • Apply advanced customizations to match your brand's style

User Segmentation: Targeted Insights

With our user segmentation feature, you have the power to send NPS surveys to specific customer segments. Tailor your questions and gather feedback from the right audience. Whether you're interested in feedback from new users, long-time customers, or a specific group, NPS by AnnounceKit has you covered.

Free access during the beta phase

You are officially invited to join the beta phase of this product. During the beta phase, you will enjoy free access to NPS by AnnounceKit. Your feedback will play a crucial role in refining and enhancing the capabilities of this product. The beta process will last until we're confident that it is ready for official launch.

Get ready to elevate your user engagement

User Feature Requests & Feature Voting are Here!

Did you ever struggle with users not telling you what they need? Do you only collect feature requests internally or via user interviews?

With this new feature, AnnounceKit users will be able to set up a page for their products and services where customers, users, and followers can directly suggest new features and improvements. The tool is designed to make it easy for users to submit feature requests, as well as for product managers and developers to manage and prioritize those requests.

If the feature request is unclear, you can leave clarifying comments and once the feature has sufficient votes you can simply add it to your roadmap.

Wondering how to get started?

The feature will be available for everyone in beta, but in the future availability might change depending on the plan

-> If you're interested in trying out the feature request, please comment "I’m in!" below and we'll share the beta access link with you

Check out our guide on "How to use the Feature Request Tool in AnnounceKit"

Pro Tips:

  1. You can also create a feature suggestion and see how users react to it & how many votes it receives from the audience.
  2. The more users you drive to your "feature request" page the more representative the votes will be & the more effective the suggestions. (We will make positioning easy in the future, but for now, we leave it up to you to tell your users where they can leave suggestions)
  3. If you have wishes for the AnnounceKit Platform, you can find our Feature Requests here 😏
