💠 Introducing Categories for Feature Requests!

We have an exciting new release that will help you efficiently manage your customer feedback: Category Filtering for Feature Requests is now live!

This update is designed to help you organize and prioritize user suggestions.

How to start using it?

  1. Label Setup: First things first, you'll want to set up labels for your Feature Requests. Head over to your Label Settings and create or enable Labels specifically for Feature Requests.
  2. Activate "Ask Categories": Next up, hop on over to your Feature Request Settings. There, you'll find the switch to enable "Ask Categories". Flip it on, and voila! Your users will now be prompted to select a category when submitting their feature requests.
  3. Streamlined Submission Form: Once everything's set up, your users will see Category dropdown on the submission form of your Feature Request. They can simply pick the category that best fits their request, making your job of understanding their needs a whole lot easier.

But why is this such a big deal?

⬆ Efficiency Boost: No more drowning in a sea of unsorted requests! With category filtering, you can swiftly zero in on the most important features your users want.

〰 Insightful Analytics: Dive deep into user preferences and trends by analyzing request categories. Armed with this valuable data, you'll be making informed decisions about your product roadmap in no time.
